• Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from using Wordy Digital’s services for any activity that breaches laws or regulations, infringes on other’s rights, or is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

4. Content and Copyright

• Client Content: Clients retain copyright over the original content they provide. They grant Wordy Digital a license to use this content for the purpose of performing SEO, content marketing, and other related services.
• Original Content Created by Wordy Digital: Wordy Digital holds the copyright to original content created for clients unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, articles, web pages, graphics, and ad copy.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership and Rights: All intellectual property rights for services and deliverables created by Wordy Digital, except for client-supplied content, will belong to Wordy Digital.
• Use of Deliverables: Clients may use the deliverables provided by Wordy Digital within the agreed-upon scope. Any additional uses not covered by the agreement require separate permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Information and Access: Clients agree to provide all necessary access to information, materials, and platforms necessary for Wordy Digital to perform services effectively.

7. Performance and Delivery

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services with written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle or agreement renewal date.
• Termination by Wordy Digital: Wordy Digital reserves the right to terminate services at any time if clients breach these terms and conditions, with immediate effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Extent of Liability: Wordy Digital’s liability for any losses suffered as a result of our compliance or non-compliance with these terms and conditions shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the client during the service period.
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wordy Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of Wordy Digital’s services.

10. Dispute Resolution
